Design thinking, as defined by d. School at Stanford, is a user-centered, five-step problem-solving approach that fosters innovation through empathy and encourages learning from fast failures.
Design frameworks like Neilsen Norman Group and Interaction Group may vary, but the key to success lies in keeping user needs first, leading with empathy, and embracing ambiguity.
